Services and project scope
Each project is governed by a written proposal, statement of work, or agreement. Timelines, fees, deliverables, revisions, and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payments and approvals
Invoices are due according to the agreed payment schedule. Work may be paused when an invoice is overdue. Client approvals, content, credentials, and feedback are needed to keep the project on schedule.
Intellectual property
After full payment, the client receives the ownership rights specified in the signed agreement. WEBDSERVICE LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, and reusable components.
