Deposits and project fees
Deposits reserve production time and cover discovery, planning, and initial work. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, completed work and third-party costs are non-refundable.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation in writing. We will review completed work, committed hours, and expenses, then confirm any remaining balance or eligible credit.
Refund review
If WEBDSERVICE LLC cannot deliver the agreed service due to our own material breach, we will work to remedy the issue or review a reasonable refund for the undelivered portion.
